instructing of volunteers for the congress. |

Manages all operations and staff of the Salsa Congress workshops.

Volunteer Support Staff
Post volunteer schedules. Floaters (if we are short-staffed in
other stations). Staff the “breakroom” – provide
snacks and water. Manage meal service (lunch and dinner on Fri/Sat/Sun?).

Stage Manager
Makes sure dance performers are ready to go for the shows. Works with the MCs, DJs, lighting,
sound, and backstage crew for the dance competitions and performances.

Manages all operations and staff of the Dance Competition, including registration, competition
rounds for all dance categories and generates the score sheets. Liaison to the panel of judges
and competitors
